Greetings,

I'm budgeting an IPO that includes a couple of small call center groups - install wouldn't happen until 2nd half of 09. I'd rather not use CCC. Any sense of timing for replacement?
Mike

Only thing I absolutely HATE about Call Sweet is that everything has to be done with short codes. DND, login/logout etc. So you either have a hand full of short codes to remember or a bunch of features on buttons (one for DND on, one for DND off, one for login, one for logout, etc) and none of them have lights.

Kyle,
THey just worked that out in 4.2.11. You can do it now with the regular buttons. The only thing that i know of that is a little different is you cant use leave mail actions. You have to transfer to voicemail.

oak ai office wallboard & reporting is really really good, very fancy wall boards, you can do pretty much everything and its quite easy to install.

XIMA Software has a pretty good product as well. Have been working to find a better solution to CCC, and their software is built specifically for IPO. Includes a lot of reports, and they are customizable as well. I like it.

Dunno. I'm liking the new CCR. I think I'll stick with Avaya on this one.

Gonna have to ask if there is an issue in using it along with UMS and Contact Store cause I couldn't get it to work with the two of them. Did you happen to try it?

Just for your info FT is going to start, the original definition of SBCC has been changed in CCR Customer Call Reporter

What did you mean - FT is going to start???
CCCV5.0.61 of Q4/2008 release is the last one we know.

I am not talking about CCC but CCR, that they say will replace CCCv5 in the future

The relaccement for CCC was SBCC but was renamed CCR. Will see how it goes but we use Zeacom for anything compex.

Who has CCR runnig in the trail?

[cheers]

We are using IP Office and looking into alternative reporting tools. I have been designing reports using CCC Reporter, since the canned target reports are giving us totally inaccurate information, and have been very disappointed with the entire setup. Every time we have attempted any kind of an upgrade, we have to roll it right back because all of the numbers (even on my custom reports)go upside down post-upgrade. Looking at the articles in this forum, I am curious about Call Sweet. Does it use SQL, and can it be run side by side with CCC for evaluation purposes? Any comments on this package would be much appreciated! Thanks,

Ron

Ron,
Yes it does run on SQL. I am not sure if they can be run side by side but i am sure they can do a demo for you and you will see how it reports. so far most of our customers are very happy with the product.
