Hello,

Our system is an IP500v1 5.0.24 with a DECT R4 solution. We have a bunch of 3725 handsets connected thru IPBS1-Y4 base stations. Everything is working fine except for a problem: all calls (internal or external) received by any 3725 are flagged as priority and cannot be rejected. I don't pretend to reject priority calls, but I don't known why the calls are flagged as priority.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.

Sounds like a shortcode problem.
Is there a shortcode with the function priority call?

Does it match the dect phone?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks for your response.

AFAIK, there is not such shortcode (at least, not on the IPO unit).

I have done more testing. The issue is being experienced for both IP DECT and H323 extensions.

AFAIK, a call can be declined

- pressing the on-hook key on 3725 handset
- pressing the drop key on 5610/5621 phones

It's correct? If yes, it's not working for us.

Thank you again.
