Have you checked all the firewall settings on the CCC server?
also check all the access permissions in IIS

IP Guru Thanks.

Access permission to CCCV5 reporting has been enabled in IIS, enabled to anonymous access ,even for users given the write permission.

Fire wall settings has been checked it is ok, even the ports are approved for all the CCC applications.

Still we are not able to view the web page from Client PC.

Any suggestions

Thanks
DS

What does the deltaserver say about the licenses? If they are not show their, ccc reporting won't work as well (ran into tis yesterday).

Hi Dencom.

Deltaserver shows licenses corectly, all the applications are working fine with server 2003 sp1,

Client can't access the Reporting application using web browser ( LAN) it says "Page cannot be displayed"

Any idea???

have you disabled the pop-up blocker on the client pc's browser? or hold ctrl when opening the ccc reporting.

Hi yeehaababy thanks for the Update.

We tried connecting using IP but still fails, now the supervisor taking the reports from the main server not from the client pc, untill we solve the problem still i am digging to get write solution for this problem

I have had issues with windows 2003 server, DEP stopping the reporter service. When you look at the service it looks ok but for some reason DEP keeps stopping it.

right click on my computer then go to properties.
click on advanced then click setting in the performance box. There is a Data Execution tab, when you click on it allow the reporter in the exceptions box (as you would allow a program in windows firewall).

hope this helps
Dave

if there is a network glitch or a reboot where the delta server is running before the licenses are validated then the program desn't accept the licenses as valid even though they are. A restart of the Delta Server Service should fix that.

If they are coming up invalid in manager as well, check the monitor for and RTC errors. They can prevent the licenses from becoming valid.

You may need to check the port that reporter is using in iis, if it is ip 10.0.0.1 for instance and the port is other then 80 try 10.0.0.1:["8081"]/reports i believe the port can be changed in report admin [port reporter is set to]

Ill put my 2 cents in... if the client PC is running XP, then make sure to run the Avaya.bat file on tech tip 49.
