I have a huntgroup with a member who's number is being forwarded to an external number. The forwarding works as I can dial their extension directly and the call is forwarded to the external number. When the user is on the only one logged into the huntgroup, calls will always stayed queued and not be assigned to the user.
Their forwarding settings are:
Forward Unconditionally - checked
Forward Number - enter with all the correct numbers, including 8 to get out
Forward Hunt Group Calls - checked
Forward Internal Calls - checked
I have tried Forward On Busy and Forward On No Answer
If I switch to Twinning, this works
