hi
i cant answer a ringing line on some ICD group or DIL to an extension from other extensions by using DSS keys!
i want other extensions to be able to answer ringing line if the ringing extension does not answer the call. how is that possible?

thanks for your time. i have done that and still can`t pickup calls! right now i`m using *4001 to pickup calls but it`s complicated for users and if multiple line ring at same time , i can`t choose which line to pick!

wonder to know everything , but life is short :(

Put line keys on your phone, add yourself to ICD group as NO RING. Lights will flash and you should be able to press key to answer

already have been thinking about this but the problem is that there is a chance for others to pick up the phone and answer an unwanted calls on no ring option!
in tes824 it was easy! pressing any dss key would take extension on that ringing line! i think there should be some option to give them all co access!

wonder to know everything , but life is short :(

Is the extension flashing on the dss key when the phone is ringing?

As OBT says you wil need to program the dss keys (prog-press key-dial 1-extn no-store)
Then enable call pick up by dss key in system options to pick up calls direct

it does not flash! it just turn on red! it flashes only in extensions that call is directed through disa and it can be answerded! others just turn on red steady and as pressed "recorder tone" or something comes on screen and busy tone through speaker! call pick up by dss is enabled! and the only way to pick up call is through dialing *4001

wonder to know everything , but life is short :(
