I am new to Avaya, formally Nortel. I have 6.3 system, with 9611G SIP stations. No ACD/Hunt group, just answering DID calls. Rolling out Plantronics 530 Headsets. I've looked at the threads and it seems all I need to do is turn on "manual answer". I'm looking for call control via the headset, not a "zip tone" or forced call. Is that correct?
