I have a cov ans. group set up as follows:

line 555-1111 rings into sta 2000, which is an x port. Station 2000's coverage path is cov path 4, which uses coverage answer group 4 to ring stations 2001, 2002 and 2003.

All phones are set up to have bridged appearances of each others lines.

If a call comes into the cov ans group, and is answered by 2001 and placed on hold, 2002 or 2003 are not able to pickup that held call.

Thanks

From the Admin manual:

If a call terminates at a telephone on an extension number other than the primary extension number (for example, terminating extension group (TEG), UCD group, call coverage answer group, or DDC group extension
number), a bridged call appearance is not maintained.

Thanks Susan.
That is exactly the problem. Is there a setting on System-Parameters Coverage that can over-ride this?

Thanks

I don't think so. Instead of the CAV, why not just have a bridged-appearance of 2000 on stations 2001, 2002, and 2003?
