Announcements through VDN [CALLCENTER] 1

Hello,

So, I've one IVR with 2 options, each option have a announcements of services, for example:

VDN 8000
1 - Support Server
go to VDN 8001 - VECTOR 1
2 - Support Desktop
go to VDN 8002 - VECTOR 2

When I choose option 1, go to vector 1. On the vector 1 I check my agents, if are available the call is routed, perfelty. So, when the customer choose 1 I need of whisper on the agents, "SERVER", because my agent need know what support he should give.

I configure on the vector, this option "VDN of Origin Ann. Extension" and enable this on COR of agents. But, when I call external for my Service Number, this dont work corretly! However, I dial internal 8001 this work.

Why I cannot give whisper when that VDN is routed for other VDN and after this give a whisper? This dont work ?

You probably are having an issue with the original VDN that the call came in on. Check for the VDN Overide setting on VDN 8000, it's probably set to No.

Oh man! I see this now, and really is not set ! Then, this option enable this function? I view in the manual, other option for this, his "VDN screen set to" I should change this for Y too?

Yes, enable the VDN override on 8000. I don't see what you are talking about when you say there is an option "VDN screen set to" I don't see that on the VDN form.

Setting the VDN over-ride to Y didn't fix it?
