Announcement Before Outbound Call

Looking for a little help here guys. I have a client who runs a large call centre. They are looking to add the possibility of agents, who are making outbound calls, to hear an announcement for compliance reasons, if the agent dials a feature code before the outbound number. Its not something i've ever come across so any help appreciated
 
If you can be certain on the number of dialled digits for the outbound number , you can send to a vdn then vector , that says collect 12 (example for uk as they need to put the ars code in also)digits after announcement x(compliance) , then route to digits , you may have to have multiples vectors and vdns depending on the amount of dialled digits .. or get clever with variables.

I have done this once and it works ok, as long as you keep on top of documentation and admin to keep a track of changes etc
