Analogue won't work in Group Hunt List 1

I am fairly new to the world of CS1000, so i would appreciate any help you can offer. I am attempting to place an analogue in a group hunt list, but it won't respond. I can ring the extension directly and it works. I can place two 1120 IP phones in the same Group Hunt and they work. But if i ring the PLDN 6405, the analogue won't ring. Here is a prt for the tnb - i would appreciate any info:

Apologies - its very basic GHT as only set for testing. When you ring 6405, will always call 5135 but never 6091.

Looks like your pointing the Analogue/500 set to the HUNT DN OK being the PLDN, PilotDN defined, but you also need to include the Analogue DN 6091 within that GHT 'GroupHunt' chain as suggested by Buddy

That'll print all the GHT's

Correct, even if 5135 is busy, 6091 still doesn't ring. I have even tried adding just the DN 6091 to the list by itself and ringing the PLDN - if rings the callers end but not on 6091.

I have OUT'd the GHT and the Phone, still didn't work....

The plot thickens...Try using from STOR 1 xxxx upwards rather than '0' and see what happens ?

If your using LIN or RRB Hunting arrangement as defined in your PLDN they still should ring ?

The plot thickens indeed!! Moved 6091 to STOR 1 in the GHT - still does not ring. This is how basic i have made it with still no difference.

I have only 6091 in STOR 1 of the GHT with PLDN 6405. I call 6091, it rings no problem. I call 6405, and nothing on 6091!! Even it rings for the call originator!! Stumped, completely!!

If i add 5135 to the GHT, in a RRB arrangement, ring 6405 - only 5135 rings. Hang up, ring again and still 5135 rings. Its as though 6091 doesn't exist at all to it...very much tearing my hair out!

Curious if 6091 rings when you just dial it directly. In other words, is there a Ring Generator present on that shelf?

I have just tried the GHT with two DCS sets i have - 5034 & 6968. When i rang 6405, 5034 rang fine, but 6968 doesn't...even when 5034 is busy. Here is there TNB's:

have a look in LD 57.....

There are 2 parameters GHTA / GHTD

Group Hunt Terminate allow or deny.

It sounds like the GHTD has been set on the extension 6091

Can you advise your Sytem and Release and is it patched upto date ?

There is a bool in the 'Group Hunt' feature code which is used to keep track of the status of each of the DNs in the hunt group. This bool was not being cleared during this particular call scenario. Therefore, the DN was still tagged as 'busy' in the 'Group Hunt' feature code.

That'll be a patch required just my $ worth

I did a PRT ALL on LD 57, for FFC. Found the entry for GHTA and ran on the phone - worked perfectly. Thank you very much for all your help everyone
