Analogue Trunk Module 4 not detected by Base Card 2

Hi TO all,

i have a problem inserting Analogue Trunk 4 to any of my base cards, it cannot be detected. i have try almost 4 units of brand new ATM 4 card same issues.

The Equipment is AVAYA V2 Release 7.0

Hoping for your suggestions or any other trouble shooting i could do.

The newer IP500 Analog Trunk Card V2 version is supported by IP500 V2 systems running IP Office Release 8.1 Feature Pack 1 or higher only.

Go on the secondary market and find an ATM-4 Version 1, or upgrade your system to 8.1
