I'm having a problem on an Analog phone on a MICS with a ALModule. I have checked his line access and all the Rules so that they would allow an outbound call. But as soon as i try to access the pool it gives me busy. When trying to access the pool I'm 100% that there are atleast 2 free lines.
When putting the same config on a digital phone, it works perfect.
The analog phones are cordless 2.4GHz (if that matters, which I wouldn't think)
I've tried different things and ran out of options. Any Ideas?

what is the prime line set to for the analog ectension?

The prime line is set to Intercom,
So they would access the pool (which they hace access ti according to the programming).
When I punch in the access code, it gives me a fast busy tone. I checked and there are free lines on that pool at the time i try accessing it via the Analog device.

Is there somthing I need to program different on that analog phone than from a digital phone? (cause I've got the digitals down)

You can check and make sure that the Analog does not have a Hotdial built on it.

Nope, there is no hotline configured on the set.

A fast busy is saying that somewhere somehow this phone is Denied Access to those lines. What happens if you take the ATA and plug it into a port that has a working Digital set and try it there without changing any programming.

I'll get back to you on that one.
But currently we're not using Ata Devices. it's connected to a Analog station Expansion Module.

Are you sure you're programming the right analog port?

It is an idiot error, and I've done it myself, assuming the ext without checking it first. If you haven't already, on the cordless, call a digital set to make sure you're programming the right ext.

The last time this happened to me, there was a pair reversal on the 25pr from the ASM. I checked under Maint to find the ext... oops.

Make sure you have line pool access and prime your cordless to intercom.
