Has anyone experienced in Manager with Analog where you try to choose other lines other than Line 1 but cannot; it keeps going back to Line 1. This system is 8.1(95) with only one card as a Combo card. If anyone has, please let me know what was done to resolve, thanks

To clear any misunderstanding, I cannot program any of the other lines, only Line 1

Then your config is corrupted and needs to be rebuild manually from scratch due to a upgrade process.
Do the following:
Open the config in a manager, start a second manager and factory reset the running system.
Program the sytem manually using the offline config as the root for all settings, DO NOT USE COPY AND PASTE between the managers!
However, you can export some data as csv files from the offline manager and import them in the running system, again, DO NOT EXPORT AS BINARY!
It may take some time but it is the only way to be sure you get a healthy system.

2nd opinion corrupt config.

Some songs are very, very long. This one isn't.

Was this not a manager bug in one release?
I cant remember which one

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Thanks so much everyone! Was hoping that wasn't the case. Fortunately this is a very small system

I would not suggest using 8.1(95) I have had issues with that release myself. I tend to use 8.1(85) for 8.1 systems and have had much better success.

In Manager, go to Control Unit and delete your combo card, then reboot. Make sure you write down any settings related to the combo card; trunk ports, etc. When it comes back up your combo card should be back, and configurable.

Thanks for the added info guys. Wish I would've tried your suggestion John. Already reconfig'd and fixed...next time

I'll let you know what happens when I get the chance

You'll be too busy re writing your config. Set aside some tea and biscuits.

Some songs are very, very long. This one isn't.

Is that because of the 8.1(95)? if so, would downgrading to 8.1(85) be the fix?

If the config is corrupted downgrading would not solve the issue. If the issue is a bug in 8.1(95) and the config is not corrupt then downgrading would help. Hard to say without trying it not all bugs are documented even when fixed. That being said I suggest downgrading to 8.1(85) as (95) is junk regardless of whether it fixes this issue or not.

If you have a config of the old releas the I advise to downgrade the IP Office to 8.1.85, then factory default the IP Office and then do a off-line load of the old config.
