I have a problem where all external mail sent to a specific account is being forwarded to an external address. The emails only go to the external address and not the internal one
Initially this was intentional, in that the account was set up to have an alternate recipient which was a CR pointing to an internet address. I have removed the alternate recipient and even the CR. But still the mails are forwarded on. The fact that they do not also go to the internal address is starting to cause problems.
I ahve even copied all all the mails to a personal mailbox, deleted the exchange mailbox and recreated the account but to no avail.
I am running ms exchange 5.5
any help with this is appreciated
