Option 11, 2121 R3. Meridian Mail R12. TOD controllers for auto attendant zero out to revert 0, the console, (2250) from 8:00am to 4:00pm. After hours, zero out goes to security, a 2616. That works fine. I need to be able to put the console into night service between 8:00am and 4:00pm in an emergency situation, and have callers that are answered by the auto att zero out to the security 2616 set. Currently, pressing 0 in night service during the day would cause the auto attendant to cycle back to the main greeting. Any thoughts on how to direct a call to the console in night service, to an alternate DN without adding another call key in voice menu definitions, or changing the greeting.

I'm not quite sure how it would be programmed, but what about using NIT2 - CDB - NIT_DATA.

and the DN for the security to the NIT_DATA block.

That was ADD the DN, but Christine, got gave it to you anyways.
