Just got a call from a customer with an IPO 500v2 telling me all their licenses are showing invalid.... any clues?

Sounds like the SD card is gone or broken.

Have them power it down. Reseat the SD card. Then power it back up and see if maybe the card just wasn't properly seated in there.

Do you really need to put this on a forum??? Basic stuff.

You must make a fortune on your support contracts by getting the customer to do the work!!!!! ;-)
