all external calls showing "external"

Caller ID works, and the monitor trace shows the name being displayed, but the phone displays "external" instead of a cnam...

SIP trunks, ipo 11.0.2 SE, 1608 phones.

any thoughts?

I think i actually found it. In the sip advanced tab/ "caller ID from FROM header" testing tonight, since these changes seem to interrupt calls
