Hello fellows,

Where can I find ALEX for BC12 O&M library on Windows 7 operating system.

Alex works in Windows 7, just install. It's not tested as it was an Ericsson application & W7 did not exist. Once installed open any library you have,

May be i'm having problem on my CD, any idea where i can find the application? i have the documentation.

You have to get it from an old CD, it's an Ericsson application, not aastra - and Ericsson used to charge for it too.

the latest version 14.3 is still tested on Windows 7...
