I see some old posts (2008 and '09) about this. I was hoping for a refresh to see if anything new has come along.

A potential IP office server edition customer wants to have an alert on a PC screen, phone display, or audible alert any time a phone dials 911. This can be handled, minus the audible part, by Xima. Can the IP Office do it on its own?

Don't know what crisis alert is, but it'll do whatever you stick on the end of the "Specific" result, as VM Pro is pretty flexible that can be many things :)

Saying that I just tested this for the first time in a while, and while it initiates the page to the handsets it doesn't play the .wav I define, but that's probably a 9.1 VM Pro bug. The recording delivery and email notification still works fine however :)

You can also take a look at metropolis OfficeWatch, their 911 Triple Alert solution is one of the biggest features they offer with their product, it is a bit expensive but it will do exactly what you are trying to do.
