I have an R10 SP3 IP Office 500v2 w UC Mod v2. In VM Pro Client I'm trying to use "Alarm Set" token for wake-up calls. I'm trying to set one up for the front desk to enter the extension that will receive the wake-up call. Under the Specific Tab -> Ring Alarm On -> select Other Extension and set to $KEY. I've also tried $VAR. When I attempt to set the alarm/wake-up call, it returns an audible message, "Service Not Supported". Is an extra license required to set wake-up calls for other extensions? It works fine if I change it to the extension that dials into this module.

Should work, how do you set $KEY or $VAR?

But how do you set the value?
What does your callflow look like?

Start token connected to Set Alarm Token and since it's $KEY, I try entering the extension number I want the wake-up call for.

So how do you expect it to know what $KEY or $VAR should be?

You need to make it go through a Menu for $KEY to be set.

The system needs to know which extension you wanna set, hence you need to do Start Point -> Menu -> Set Alarm.

In meny just have $ (dollar) as a choice.
$KEY will be set to what you enter in the meny.

Now...is there a way to get notified if an alarm/wake-up goes unanswered?
