agent cannot log in..

symp server went down friday night and agents are not currently able to login .. i am having the agents press in calls key twice but still asks for an agent id. i am also getting ERR605 errors which says that the Agent ID table is full..

any help would be appreciated.

I would disable the elan and reboot the symposium

are you entering an agent id?

if the set is acquire by symp, pressing the incall key twice is not going to log you in.
 
the symp server has been taken out of the equation.. i have it here on my desk replacing the power supply..

Right now no one is logged into the queue; i've had them log in with various Agent IDs and with no IDs and still no luck..

You only have a maxp of 5 on the acdn might want to set that @ 100 or 2

maxp for acd 2154 is 1 .. you are right, that acd should then be forwarded to the 5899, the maxp for that group is 5.
 
either way do you have a scb b table built.. i was thinking symposium but that set is not acquired.. ie you need a scb b in 23 to log agents.. pickup the handset, press incalls enter the agent or pos id hang up

Since you've taken the Symp out of the equation, you're in default mode (Basic ACD).

AID is set to yes, therefore you have to use agent login ID, the valid ID is from 00001 to 9999; however, you have LOG set to 1, so only 1 agent can login.

Change AID to no if you don't want to use agent ID and change LOG to 1 higher than the number of agents you have or max it out.
