Hi. I am wondering if it is possible to add a timed voicemail to a group that has been created in an existing CCR Tree. The CCR tree works perfectly as is, but one department wants to add a timed voicemail, so that when a customer calls between say 9am - 2pm, the voicemail kicks in to say call back from 2pm to 5pm, and then hangs up. From 2pm to 5pm the line is open to callers.
At the moment, this group is set up such that when the caller selects option 1, it calls hunt group 585, which has 4 internal lines in this group.
Is there a way of adding this timed voicemail message without messing up an otherwise perfect CCR Tree?
