I am trying to add a Power User license to an IP Office R2 R9.03. When I try to save the config it requires a reboot. I have added licenses many times and it has never required a reboot before. I have closed Manager, reopened and pulled a new config but it still wants a reboot. Anyone else seen this?

Nope, but just change it to merge, it'll work despite the warning it brings up
