Adding new M7208 phone

We got some new M7208 come in. I connected it to a phone jack and the buttons are not correct. I tried to do a set copy with another 7208 that is in use, but the button assignments don't change. Anyone have any ideas?

When you choose set copy the default is copy data.
Chage to copy data+user and you will get your button assignments.

WARNING:
You will also copy ALL settings of the template.
This may affect long distance restrictions, ringing lines, forward to voicemail etc...

That's the method I used to initialize the handset. Set Copy, Data+User. At first it will say that there are no free keys. This morning when I checked the phone, it's operating normally. I guess there's a wait period for the phone to actually initialize once the data has been copied.
