Hopefully a simple one here. I have 4 blocks of DID's on a PRI that have not yet been added to the PBX. ie, when I do a LUDN they are not there. How to I go about adding them to the PBX?

Thanks a lot, Fred

Your LUDNs, has any numbers that you need for your new DIDs, been used as trunk access, ACDs, SPRE ?

No. When I ordered the PRI 3 years ago I ordered some extra DID's in the 71xx range. Not using 7 for anything.

thanks

You don't have to add anything to your PBX except program one of your new DIDs on your phone and make a test call to it to verify it is being delivered on your PRI. If you are in ld 20 and do a req prt, type ludn, Cust0, DN 7, you should see them all available if you haven't programmed any 7xxx numbers.

LUDN they are not there.. not good news.. what do you get when you get when you print dnb 7

I have about 7 DID's progammed begining with 71xx. The LUDN displays 710 711 712 713 714 715 7161 7166 7169 717
718 7190 7191 7194 7195 7196 7197.

I thought each number displayed individually. I guess I'm ok correct?

Thanks

You are good to go. Might want to check the handful that were previously programmed because now they are DID and you'll want to change them if they are not supposed to be.

That printout says the following.

710 Means 7100-7109 are available
711 Means 7110-7119 are available
..
..

7190 Means 7190 is available..
7191 Means 7191 is available..

7192,7193,7198,7199 are all being used.

if it displays a 3 digit # and you have 4 digit DN's, then the whole block of ten I/E 7110-7109 DN's are available.

If you LUDN's and you tried just 7. Then it would spit out what you have and maybe some thing like ( 73 ) that would mean 7300-7399 are available.

hope that helps.
