Where would I add BIN files for 9.1? Would I add them to the SD card PRIMARY folder?

Adding 9.1 BIN Files

Seems like an odd request without more information. Personally I would just recreate the SD card to 9.1 in Manager. Otherwise here is a link to look at.

I assume you have downloaded the Admin Lite installation - which doesn't include things like bin files (or the files needed for SD recreate).
Download and install the full admin and the bin files will be included.
But @budbyrd question still stands. The system already has a set of bin files that it is running. Why do you need new ones?
