Add an agent to a acdn group

how do I add an agent to an ACDN group? I can PRT/LST the group in LD 23 but I need to add another agent/extension. Thanks.

ld 23 acdn = 1234

new phone ld 11

key 0 acd 1234 0 xxxx (xxxx = position ID out of available LUDNs)

prt an existing set to go by. put NRD, MSB in same place on new phone, use existing prt out as a template.

Bigindian65, I tried that and I got various SCH codes. I should out the phone I'm trying to add and then re-build the phone?

yes, out and rebuild phione following the template you printed out from a working set, make sure where BI has xxxx you put a unique position id

and post the TNB too, is the set you are changing already an ACD set?

Buddy, the teleset was already built with ACD instead of SCR. I will out the teleset and follow Big Indian's guidance today and let you all know how it turns out.
