AD-64 Transfer Screening tab

I have the AD-64 voicemail with the NEAX2000IPS and have created a new subscriber in the AD-64 however the problem I'm running into is under the Transfer/Screening tab where the "Select one of the following options" all of the options below that are greyed out. The "use transfer options" radio button is checked but still greyed out. I have seleceted every other option in the subscriber that I could find to activate these options but still no luck. Any Suggestions? Thanks, Bill
 
I have also found that in the Extension ID Report that the Type Says "R" Where the other user extensions say "A->7" is there a way to change the type?
 
If the Call Transfer Type is set to Release (that's the R on your Extension ID report) then you don't have access to any of the options on the Transfer/Screening tab.

On the Call Transfer Tab, change the Transfer Type to Await Answer for 7 rings. This should allow you to make changes on the Transfer/Screening tab.
