Activity Monitor

Is it possible to increase the activity monitor logs to be retained. Please note this is a W2K Master server.

It is. Create a file job.conf in \veritas\netbackup\db\jobs and in this file type
keep_days n
where n is the number of days

Bob, please note as I mentioned the master server is W2K OS and not Unix. The file you are refering is for Unix.

Not sure about W2K, but we have an NT4 Master Server, and this works.

We have an NT4 Master Server, and I've created this file to increase the Keep_days to 5 - I'd be pretty sure that it's the same on W2K.

Bob, it took time for me to figure out, as it did not work with jobs.conf rather it is job.conf.
