Activex troubles

When I launch my IE6 and go to windows update the following message appears.
Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly. I've changed my security settings to low but I am still getting this HELP ME SAID THE FLY!

Also: If you are behind a firewall or proxy server Active X controls may disabled from there in which case theres nothing you can do about it.
