I have a problem with Avaya Contact Recording. Calls enter at vector, from there they are directed to another vector, and finaly route to number. If that extension answers, call is recorded. If that number is busy, calls go to coverage path. But then calls are not recorded in ACR. I can see only 00:00 at call length position.
In ACR bulk recording section it is configured to record all extensions of coverage path. Any ideas why it is happening?

Not familiar with ACR but if it uses extensions, are the ports in a COR that has 'Can be observed' set to 'y'?

Do you mean DMCC Softphones?
They do not have COR with "Can be service observed" set to yes. Do they really have to be yes?

ACR version is 11.0, as I know it is not using service observing.

Here is what debug shows:

2014-02-10 16:08:41,986 [SnapTimer] DEBUG com.swhh.f.a.b.k - CM-463 not recordable when tograves=0 and realparties=1
2014-02-10 16:08:41,986 [SnapTimer] DEBUG com.swhh.f.a.b.k - CM-463 stopping recording segments

hi,

are you trunk side recording or station side?

if station side then you wont record as station itself is not on call. when you say it goes to coverage, where does it route to from coverage?
also, have you added the VDN to recorded extension list, this will make that call to VDN record anyways (this could be solution to your issue)

regards,
Kaleem
