Currently having a problem with a high pitched sound in the clerks’ ears. Unfortunately it’s an intermittent problem and I’m unable to replicate it.
We have a G3Rv9 and the clerks are using Callmaster V turrets, with Plantronic headsets that comply with DTi document 85/013. We’ve swapped out the lines, the turrets and even the headsets, tried their own designated Trunk group to no avail.
Could this be a VP problem or simply some kind of RF interference?
Any helps would be gratefully received.
