Max number of Announcments G3rV9 2

I have almost reached the 256 announcement limit. We have loads of space left on the VAL board.

Is there any way to increase this limit?

We have callers from multiple European countries and need announcements in alot of languages.

Where is that limit?
The limit for a G3r should be 1000 recorded announcements.

When I do change announcements. I only have space for 256.

I don't know if there is a setting that can be changed or if Avaya can increase this limit?

My support company have absolutely no idea!!!

Do 'change announcement 257'. That will give you access to the next range. They are in blocks of 256.

I think we need to change support companies. They have told me I need to get another VAl board to increase the announcement limit.
