ACD Supervisor Access - YSE\CCC

We have a scenario, where an ACD agent is skill set 1, Mon to Wed and then skill set 3 Thursday to Friday. At present IT make the change as we are the only ones with that level of access. Is there a way a allowing that level of access but to only the agent groups they manage?

Why would you not have separate logins, each with their own skillset?
