I've got a guy that sometimes works from home and has a TW set setup for ACD. He keeps leaving himself logged into the handset but forgetting to logout, comes into the office then can't login to his office handset.

Are there any ways to log his agent out via the 3300 or CCM remotely without the handset his agent was logged into being plugged in?

On a 3300, MCD4.0sp3 with CCM ver 5.5
Thanks!

If you have Interactive (ICC) on the CCM then yes you can just right click the agent icon and logout.
There is also a tool for logging out hotdesk users (not sure if it logs out ACD Hotdesk or not) that you could try.

Are you using traditional ACD or "hotdesk ACD"?
With normal hotdesking you just log into the new location and it cancels the login at the old location. I also am not sure that applies with hotdesk ACD agents. If you are still using the traditional ACD agents, then CCM interactive is your only choice.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

unfortunately it traditional ACD. So looks like CCM interactive is my only option other than him remembering to logout! (BTW he is the Team Leader...)

logins don't survive a reboot so I believe you are correct dryaquaman.
