Am wanting to set up a Vmail box in ACD using the path unavailable option. That is when all agents logout, callers are diverted to a mailbox, callers leave a message and visual message indication is available via message wait key on a multiline handset.
So EG scenario: ISDN ndial number (Or path number is 300), so I have created a mailbox 300 to match and then entered the voicemail HG in the path unavailable setting in the ACD path. I can't set a message wait because the vmail box for a path is not a handset (Which I encountered before). I have also tried created dummy hunt groups beginning with *xxx and diverting to Vmail (As per FAQs from this forum) and also tried the dummy ACD path trick with interflow number (analog) CFA'd to vmail. But this does work in MCD 4.0 sp1. The path ID 300 is always being sent into Vmail as the source device....
Any ideas please
