Help... I'm tiring to have an ACDN NCFW to an external number. It works fine for an internal extension #, but when an external number is entered on NCFW section instead, I just receive a fast busy signal...
Thank in advance.

you've got some type of ncos/tgar block. are you calling the acdn from internal? might help if you use the acod of the route instead of 9+..

First, thanks for the reply! and yes, we are calling acdn from internal. We have two type of phone switch in our premise, and this is a work-around to have callers from one system dial extension on the other system... Can you please go into little more detail regarding how to configure ncos/tgar and utilization of acod... Thanks

do you have tie trunks between the switch?..either way you might want to look at dsc in load 87, built for sending calls between switches...

Unfortunately the switches are not connected. We are trying to have one switch make an outbound call to DID of the other switch. The ACDN # will be the DID extension # of the phones on the other switch. Hence to the users, it will appear as if they are just dialing the phone extension # of the other switch... I will look into the dsc as you've suggested. Once again, thank you so much for your help.

xxxx the ext of the far ext, can be a used number (out the acdn 1st)

when you get to rli point send it to the rlb you just built, you'll need a rli/dgt for each number,
