ACD Agent Not Ready comes on while on a call

I have a customer that has a CallPilot 150 3.1 and a MICS 7.1. They have Basic ACD in the CallPilot.
The problem is that the "Not Ready" key comes on while they are on a call or just after they hang up, and never goes out until they press it. I have turned off the Break Timer to see if that helps, but no difference. Anyone have an idea?
 
thats strange ...

after finishing a call, if they dont press the button -
do they get another ACD call or the system doesnt send a call
 
I had a problem similar to this one...my agents were sitting there while calls stacked up-and the agents were available! Nortel suggested that I create an overflow to a second "dummy" group with exact same members. Not sure why, but it fixed the problem!
