I have a customer that has a CallPilot 150 3.1 and a MICS 7.1. They have Basic ACD in the CallPilot.
The problem is that the "Not Ready" key comes on while they are on a call or just after they hang up, and never goes out until they press it. I have turned off the Break Timer to see if that helps, but no difference. Anyone have an idea?
