Hello,

Can I configure a key on dbc 213 to automatic loggon agent and set it to ready?

Actually I have configure the key to loggon to the queue, but still to press the CAD key to be ready, I would like to do all on the same key.

no, you have to make yourself available to take the calls.

you want something more than basic ACD, buy Solidus
