Accpac 5.1 Memory Replaced&Now Can not Access Many Features

Had to reinstall memory in computer and had some registry corruption

Now can not see the item description,edit or add new lines in OC in 5.1 a

Any ideas? Pevasive Engine running


Also can not see order using finder and must manually put in th order number

I don't think you're getting this.

The customization directory would be merely "C:\Arvie", then those folders would be below it.

But, you're not supposed to just copy OE51A and PO51A off the network, those are the stock reports. You need to find OE51A and PO51A folders with actual customized reports.

And it still begs the question, if indeed you ever had customization folders set up in the past, how did these settings get deleted? One workstation crashing doesn't cause this.

I am aware of that they reside on C: Arvie.
I am just asking if in the Customization Directory do I actually type the folder paths or just put C: Arvie is enough?
