Hey guys,
I'm cutting over a system tomorrow at a high school and they just told me they want after 5pm to use account codes when making long distance calls. I'm not sure how to do this. I can program pretty much all things but have yet to come across a scenario where I need account codes. Thanks for your help.

You could create 2 sets of user rights, one with the force account code field checked. You would then set a time profile for the business hours. Then set the user profile as working hours user rights as your user rights with no account code, set the time profile field to your newly created business hours time profile, then set the out of hours user rights to the user rights with the forced account codes.

So I can create what ever account number I want and when the user that is assigned in user rights "out of hours" they pick up phone and have to put in my account code I created?

Do I have to assign the extension in both user rights?

So I followed your steps and will test tomorrow morning. I guess i would have to set this up for all extension individually. It makes sense though. For the account code should all I have to do is create 1 code ie: 1234 and they would enter that code when dialing long distance. One more question in ARS would I have to check force account code there to? Thanks for your help!!
