How can I set up IP Office so I can access our voicemail from a home or other off-site line?

make an option in your Auto Attendant to transfer you to "get mail" if you have VM Pro or if you have embedded then get transferred to *17 from an option in the Auto Attendant

Or point a spare DDI/DID or line to the destination "Voicemail" in Incoming call routes :)

Thanks for the answers, however *17 is unnecessary. On the call attendant main menu, I created an * as an input key. then I linked this to Action "get mail". So, when I call in to the main number and the call attendant picks up, I press *. This goes directly to the voicemail menu, I am then prompted for an extension and a VM password and then I can access my voicemail. I have included link of a pic of the flowchart from VMPro.

Yep, we do the same thing. You can call in on any line that has a voicemail prompt, hit * and use voicemail as if you were in the office.
