Would like to pull the existing admin mgr config from a IPO 500 v2 system and make some minor changes to 1 new phone extension. New to the IPO system, but not to Avaya programming in general.
Questions: 1) Can I use the Avaya IP office manager lite software (v10.0) for this?
If yes, and the IPO is connected to LAN - how do I determine the IP of this box? And how do I pull the config into the mgr lite software for changes?

Thanx much,
Tim

No such thing as Manager lite, there is phone manager lite but that is nothing to do with administering the system. Install the correct version of Manager and fire it up, as long as you are on the same it will find the system for you :)

Andy, actually there is a manager lite but you can only download it from a server edition.
This is a stripped manager without the option to recreate SD cards etc

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I know, I saw that in your post after I had posted this, we will not be touching server edition it doesn't seem fit any of our customers at the moment :)

What do you mean with not allowed?

SME Expert partners only, we can't be bothered with the hassle of even applying for that :)

Why did you bother to sit your ACIS then?

It was free, and you don't always need something to want to do it anyway, do you have enough people to be SME Expert Sean? :)

I think you need 2 separate qualified engineers for expert but only 1 with both for authorised (plus sales of course)....could be wrong though :)

Ok, so I have the "full" ver of IPO manager. If I install on same LAN as IPO 500, v7.xxx exactly how/where do I change the line appearances? (See my 1st question)
Thanx,
Tim

Login and go to the user and then button programming.
When you are not sure then press the help button.
The IPO help is a good help.
