Hello there,

Is it possible to add and subtract fields in a table (like you can in Excel)? I chose Access because it's harder for the data entry people to screw up.

I can't find it in the help files.

just go to design view.

Click on the table, then click the design button.

You can switch between views with the button in the top-left corner, it has a hammer on it to get into design view.

In design view just add a field name at the bottom of a list to add that field. right click and hit delete row to remove a field.

HTH!
