Hello. I have a question about filters and sorting data in MS Access XP.

In my table, I have the following column titles:

Supplier (text)
Month (Jan-Dec text)
Day (number)
Year (number)
Commodity (text)
Containers (number)

Now, How do I list all commodities sent from January 10 to January 20?

I have been using 'Filter by form' but I am only able to put in a single date, such as 'January 10'. I tried putting in '10-20' in the Day field and other alternate guesses, but to no avail.

I just started using Access today and would appreciate any help.

Thanks!

The filter for the Day field: between 10 and 20

Thank you orna! Also, do you know of an online reference where I can look up proper syntax I can use in Access?

Thanks again.
