I'm pretty new to Access and wanted some advice on a database design.

Basically we are a bank and have about 10 different ATM's. Each month, we receive a report that shows the following info:
amount of cash withdrawn
fees generated from the ATM
total number of transactions per month

We just need a simple database input form so that a user can enter in the above data into the database. We will then use Crystal reports to analyze it.

I visioned a input screen that had the name of all 10 ATM locations on the form, and a input box where the user could enter in the Transactions, Fees, and Cash Withdrawn....all on the same form. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What is the format of the report? You may be able to skip the input part.
If you have Access, why would you use Crystal?(for my own information only)

The report we get is a paper one that is faxed monthly to us. We just want a simple data entry screen where we can input the info. As far as the reason for using Crytal for our reports vs Access, Crystal is much for friendly for displaying dynamic reports via Web.

I would have a form with textboxes for your 3 numerical figures you are tracking. And have a combo box with the ATM's in it. Type in the number, and pick an ATM that it goes to. If you add an ATM later, you can just add a record to an ATM table.
