I'm looking at CDR for a system that has auto attendant, I can see a call coming in cond-code is G, after 3 secs it's transfered to Audix with a cond-code 9, then option 1,2 or 3 is chosen & it goes to an agent, if I hang up before the agent answers then according to CDR it's just the end of the call. I can only get cond-code H if I hang up within the 3secs before the call is transferred?
Hope this makes sense as it's my first attempt....
