When I changed this the first call gives me a fast buzy and then other calls seem to go through. I have been testing multiple route with alrt to activate crisis alert and onsite notifications. When I test with the 933 we have set up and change back and forth from emer to alrt, no issues, but when I went to make changes on 911 route last week, I kept experiencing fast busy. I am rerouting 911 calls to a VPC service bypassing the carrier via 10 digit dial for E911 compliance, so I did have some errors with figuring out delete add digits etc... but that wasn't the issue, it was when I changed it form emer to alrt 1st call is fast busy.
Have any of you experienced this?
