In the Contact Details Report, we are noticing that some calls exited with FarEndDisconnect : Hangup while some have noted errors FarEndDisconnect : Hangup [ERRORS]. Then we also have Near End Disconnects, some noted as NearEndDisconnect : Application exited., while some say NearEndDisconnect : Application exited. [ERRORS], in addition to End Session Errors.
Is there a more detailed explaining the specific end types on when one occurs?
Also noticing that the calls with End Type FarEndDisconnect : Hangup [ERRORS] is showing the below error from the log viewer. However, the call went fine. Might this be the cause for the [ERRORS]?
